PAWSOME is our in-house pet-care and animal-wellbeing initiative, designed to nurture empathy, responsibility and emotional connection. It brings together employees who love animals, support pet welfare and believe in giving back.
Through PAWSOME, ITW continues to build a workplace that is warm, humane and emotionally conscious — staying true to our philosophy of growing not just as an organisation, but as a community with heart.
